International Student Admissions 4th Application Results for 2020-2021 Academic Year

The 4th placement results have been announced for international students who will start studying at Bartın University in the spring semester of the 2020-2021 academic year.

 

The results of the first placed candidates according to the applications admitted to our programs as an international student between 02-22 November 2020 have been announced. Please read the details below carefully.

                           

To the candidate e-mail addresses declared on the application were sent the programs they are admitted to and their student numbers. For an invitation letter, candidates must first pay online their student numbers, department fee and deposit fee by December 31, 2020 via https://tahsilat.bartin.edu.tr/. The acceptance letters of the candidates will sent to the e-mail addresses of the applicants after they make their payments with their student number on https://tahsilat.bartin.edu.tr/ and can also be downloaded from the application result screen. Those who have received the invitation letters via their e-mail addresses after making the online payment must complete their pre-registration at https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/iso_online_kayit.html and the student certificates will also be sent via e-mail.

Students who have completed their payments and pre-registration by December 31, 2020 must submit their original documents to the International Student Coordinator at the Yahya Kemal Classrooms Building of Ağdacı Campus until February 12, 2021. Students who do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate should contact and register at http://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/ to receive Language Education at Bartın University. TÖMER payments can also be made on the same payment page.

Our university is not responsible for the situation of students who lost their rights due to incomplete or incorrect documents or misrepresentation at the application stage.

 

International Student Participation Form

In order to find out whether the candidates will participate in the Turkish Language Proficiency exam and to have detailed information about the enrollment status of the students, all candidate students on the lists are required to fill in the short form (International Student Participation Form) shared from the link below, by 31 December 2020 at the latest.

Turkish Language Proficiency Exam (TDYS)
On the registration process, those who do not hold a C1 certificate of proficiency in Turkish language obtained from universities or Yunus Emre Institute in Turkey will need to register at Bartin University Language Education Application and Research Center (BUDEM). Please contact the center for registration at http://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/ to receive language education at Bartın University.

An optional Turkish Proficiency Exam will be held by Bartın University Language Education Application and Research Center for our registered students who do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate. The exam date, place and time will be notified by Bartın University Language Education Application and Research Center during registration.

International Student Orientation Program

Online orientation program is mandatory for all newly registered international students on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, and students must fill in the International Student Participation Form. 

Detailed information about the program will be announced later on the https://iso.bartin.edu.tr web page.

* Bartın Vocational School Tourism and Travel Services, Marina and Yacht Management, Shipbuilding, Marine and Port Management Programs are provided in Kurucaşile District.

** Education in Ulus Vocational School Office Management and Executive Assistant, Clothing Production Technology, Land Registry, Cadastre, Forestry and Forestry Products Programs are carried out in Ulus District.
