International Students Online Registration Guide

For the academic year 2020-2021, Bartın University starts online registrations for those who have been previously accepted for the departments but are unable to arrive in Turkey due to COVID-19 restrictions. The students where the boundaries are closed to travel or still waiting for the visa may register online by following the steps below by December 31st, 2020:

1- ONLINE REGISTRATION DATES

Registrations are open between 04 - 31 December 2020.

 

 

2-REGISTRATION ADDRESS

Registrations will be made on the webpage above online. Candidates may also find a different language support in French, English, Arabic and Turkish.

 

3-TUITION FEES

Please click for the tuition fees in the academic year 2020-2021

 

4- DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION for FINAL REGISTRATION

You may finalize the registration by submitting the documents required in person to the International Students Office (ISO) on Ağdacı Campus between the dates 08-12 February 2021.

After completing the online registration, your status will be "Temporary Registration". Once you have submitted the required documents to ISO between the dates given above, your status will be updated to "Permanent Registration".

 
ONLINE REGISTRATION GUIDE 

  • When you click on this link "https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/iso_online_kayit.html", you will see an online form for registration and may choose the language you wish to continue for the registration.
  • Please click on the tab "NEW REGISTRATION".
  • You are asked to upload some document at the bottom of the page. Please have them ready before you start filling out the form.
  • From the tab “PLEASE ENTER YOUR STUDENT ID”, you may enter your student number (please enter the number on your acceptance/invitation letter sent by our university). Press the "SEARCH" button and your registered personal information on your application will appear on the page automatically.
  • Please check the information about you on this page and update it if neccessary.
  • Then, you must upload the required documents (invitation/acceptance letter, High School Diploma with its equivalence for recognition if you hold, Transcript of Records, Copy of Passport and Receipt of the payments).
  • High School Diploma Equivalence for recognition is not compulsory for this registration, but if you do not hold this certificate, you must apply online from the following link immediately after your arrival in Turkey: https://edenklik.meb.gov.tr/
  • For online payment, please click on this statement: "Click for Online Payment for Tuition Fees" and you will see "International Students Deposit Payment" and "International Students Tuition Fee Payment". Please pay both your deposit and your tuition fee respectively. Please upload the receipts of your transactions in the online payment page. (Please see the detailed information about the payment system).
  • Having uploaded the receipts, please fill in the parts about the Turkish prep class education. Please upload it, as well, if you hold a language certificate in C1 level of Turkish. If not, please check the item that says: "I will study Turkish in the prep class". Also check the item relating to your wish whether to study face-to-face or online for these classes.
  • Please check this box at the bottom: "I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms of this registration form".
  • Those who do not hold a C1 level of certificate showing your proficiency in Turkish language, you will need to take an exam to be administered by Bartın TOMER/BUDEM (Bartın University Language Education Center): https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr
  • Press "SEND" to complete your registration.
  • You will see another page stating "Your registration has been successfully completed".
  • Check your status of registration from the same page by checking at some intervals.
  • Your student certificates will be sent to your e-mail addresses.

 

ABOUT PAYING DEPOSIT and FEE ONLINE with VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS 

  • https://tahsilat.bartin.edu.tr/  enables you to proceed with different language options. Please choose you wish to continue on the right top.
  • Deposits and fees will be paid online while you are filling out the online registration form.
  • Your registration will not be finalized successfully with down or partial payment even if you completed the form and uploaded the documents.
  • Your tuition fees will be shown on the payment screen when you enter your id.
  • Please upload your receipts on the online registration form as "Deposit" and "Tuition Fee".
  • Please make sure that your credit card is authorized for internet payments with 3D secure and card limit is sufficient.
  • Deposit costs the same for all candidates: 200TL. The tuition fees vary according to the academic units.
  • The students who wish to study Turkish can pay online from this page, too. Those who do not hold a C1 level certificate in Turkish cannot study Turkish in other schools but at Bartın University. Or else, the registration records will be deleted at our university.
