TURKISH TEACHING MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMME IS OPENED AT OUR UNIVERSITY

Higher Education Council decided to open for Foreigners the Turkish Teaching Master's Degree Programme with Thesis in the Institute of Educational Sciences of our University.

Higher Education Council approved the opening of the Turkish Teaching Master’s Degree Programme with Thesis for Foreigners in the Institute of Educational Sciences of Bartın University. University Rector Professor Dr. Orhan Uzun said, that there has been an increasing demand in the recent years for learning Turkish as a foreign language by people, whose mother languages are different. He also said, that they aimed with this programme to teach Turkish to wider masses with right methods and competent experts. Rector Uzun also emphasized, that a qualified human resource will be exist, who will teach Turkish to students coming from Turks Abroad and Related Communities. He thanked to the President of the Higher Education Council Professor Dr. M. Yekta Saraç, and to all members of the Higher Education Council.
