To the attention of all our international students registered at our university,

(1)For the students already registered at our university and continue their education and (2) candidates who have the right to enroll in our departments and paid the required tuition fee to get the invitation letter (acceptance letter) before registration for the 2022-2023 academic year, a mandatory update was made in line with the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette. With the update, you have to make an additional payment to the fees you have deposited. Click the link below to see and pay the fee balances. The amounts to be paid by all candidates who have paid the tuition fee before the registration are automatically registered in the system.

• The registration process of candidates who do not pay will not be completed.
• Students who arrive before the normal registration dates (05-23 September 2022) and register early are also required to pay this difference fees. Students who do not make the difference payment will not be able to register for the course.
• Except for those with YTB scholarships, Syrian nationals, Blue Card holders, who enroll in and after the 2021-2022 academic year, and Turkish nationals who have completed their secondary education in schools abroad, excluding the TRNC, and lost their enrollment with the foreign quota, have to pay the fees determined by the Higher Education Institution.
• In addition, the amounts to be paid by the candidates who have been registered and continue their education in their departments will be reflected in the system during the course registration period, and these students will pay during the course registration period.

*Newly registered international students starting from the 2022-2023 academic year will pay a deposit fee of 1000 TL.
*International students who enroll in our university's programs pay the tuition fee for the relevant semester during registration. Students who do not have a Turkish proficiency certificate will continue their Turkish preparatory education by registering at the Bartın University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (BARTIN-TÖMER) in addition to the program fee they have registered for. After enrolling in BARTIN-TÖMER, students pay tuition fees for their major programs in the first semester they register, as long as they continue their Turkish preparatory education (with a limited period of 1 year). However, they do not pay tuition fees for their major programs while attending BARTIN-TÖMER in the following education periods.
*When candidates who are abroad and want to enroll/re-register, want to pay their tuition fees/deposit in dollars or euros, it will be ensured that they are fully deposited by calculating the current exchange rates of the Central Bank, corresponding to the fees above.
