Fourth International Student Admission Application Results for the 2024-2025 Academic Year
Fourth placement results have been announced for international students who will start studying at Bartın University in the 2024-2025 academic year.
The results of the candidates who were placed in our University programs as international students between 01-14 July 2024,
based on the applications received, have been announced.

You can follow your application status from the page you applied to by clicking the application tracking box.
The acceptance certificate must be presented for visa application.
Apostille is required among the registration documents. In cases where there is no Apostille,
a document proving that you are entitled to receive a diploma/diploma approved by the Ministry of National Education,
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Embassy is required. Please get detailed information by clicking on the REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS box below.
Candidates who have been accepted to our university's departments have been sent their programs and student numbers to the
e-mail addresses declared during the application.
To request invitation letters, candidates must first deposit their student number and department fee between 22-31 July 2024 at
https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/iso_online_kayit.html
Candidates can download their acceptance letters from the application page as of August 1, 2024, after making payment through the system with their student numbers. To make online payment, you can go to the relevant page using the button below.
Candidates will pay the deposit fee through the same virtual POS account when they come to our university to register.
Candidates who receive their invitation letters from the application page after making the online payment must submit the original documents to the
Ağdacı Campus International Student Coordinatorship between 09-13 September 2024 in order to complete their final registration.
Our students who do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate must contact and register at https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/
to receive Language Education at Bartın University.
Our university is not responsible for the situations of students who lose their rights due to inability to register due to missing or incorrect documents or incorrect declarations during the application phase.
International Student Participant Form
In order to find out whether the candidates will participate in the Turkish Language Proficiency exam and to access detailed information about the
registration status of the students, all candidate students on the lists are contacted.
They must fill out the short form (International Student Participant Form) shared at the link below by August 20, 2024 at the latest.
Turkish Language Proficiency Exam (TDYS)
Students who do not have a C1 level Turkish Proficiency Certificate taken as a result of the Turkish Proficiency Exam conducted by universities in
Turkey or Yunus Emre Institute during the registration process.
They are required to register at Bartın University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center.
Students who do not have a Turkish Proficiency CertificateIn order to receive Language Education at Bartın University,
youmust contact and register at https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/.
Turkish Proficiency Certificates received from other institutions and declared to BARTIN-TÖMER after registration are not accepted.
Forour students who have completed the registration process but do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate,
theoptional Turkish Proficiency Exam will be held by Bartın University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (BÜ-TÖMER) on Tuesday,
September 17, 2024. For detailed information, they must come to TÖMER language center in person or via
