About HES CODES for All International Students

To the attention of all our international students,

In order to protect our university students against the disease and take precautions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the HES code you can receive via the Hayat Eve Sığar (Life Fits Into Home) application offered by the Ministry of Health or via SMS must be entered to the UBYS (UIMS).

How to get HES CODE for foreigners?

Send an SMS to 2023 by typing the following respectively;

HES, their nationality (IRN), passport number, date of birth (as year) and surname.

EXAMPLE: HEPP IRN H42434275 2001 VAZIRI

 

Those with a foreign identity of the Republic of Turkey (foreign identity numbers starting with 97, 98 and 99);

Send an SMS to 2023 by typing the following respectively;

They can receive their foreigner's identity number and year of birth by sending an SMS to 2023.

After receiving your HES code, you are required to enter your HES code into the relevant section at UBYS (UIMS) by watching the video below and following the steps in it.

About the vaccination of our international students

Those arriving in our country to receive education and applying to YÖKSİS with his YÖK Student Number (987…) were identified to be vaccinated by the Ministry of Health. These students will be able to get vaccinated if they apply to the hospital with their YÖK Student Number.
