2025-2026 Academic Year 4th International Student Admission Application Results
The third placement results of international student candidates who applied between July 28 and August 04, 2025 and will start their education at Bartın University in the 2025-2026 academic year have been announced.

You can follow your application status on the page you applied. Please click the application tracking box below to do so. You may also download the acceptance (invitation) letter on that page for your visa application.
Apostille is required for the registration documents. In cases where there is no Apostille, you are required to submit a document proving that you are entitled to receive a diploma/diploma approved by the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Embassy. The programs and student ID numbers of candidates accepted into our university's departments for the first time have been sent to the email addresses they
provided during their application process. To request an invitation letter, candidates who created their student ID numbers
at https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/iso_online_kayit.html between August 13-19, 2025, can download their acceptance letters from the system by August 20, 2025,
after completing their payment. An email notification regarding the acceptance document will also be sent. To make online payments, please visit the relevant
page using the button below. Upon arrival at our university for registration,
candidates will pay the deposit fee using the same virtual POS account.


Candidates who have received their invitation letters from the application page after making the online payment must submit the original documents to the International Student Office located on Ağdacı Campus (Registrar’s Office for International Students) between September 8–12, 2025 in order to complete their final registration. Our students who do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate must contact and register at https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/ to receive Language Education at Bartın University.
Enrollment in the program may be denied or terminated if any discrepancies are found between the documents submitted during application and registration, or if the Registrar's Office detects any fraudulent activity, such as missing or forged documents, at any stage before, during, or after registration. The responsibility for these issues lies with the applicant.
Turkish Language Proficiency Exam (TDYS)
Students who do not hold a C1 level Turkish Proficiency Certificate received as a result of the Turkish Proficiency Exam conducted by universities in Turkey or Yunus Emre Institute during the registration process. They are required to register at Bartın University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER) to receive Language Education at Bartın University. Please contact and register at https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/.
Turkish Proficiency Certificates received from other institutions and submitted to BARU-TÖMER after registration are not accepted. For the students who have completed the registration process but do not have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate, the optional Turkish Proficiency Exam will be held by Bartın University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (BARU-TÖMER) on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. For detailed information, they must apply to TÖMER language center in person or contact them via e-mail at budem@bartin.edu.tr.
